SHIPPING POLICY

Westwood Books accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER and PAYPAL.

Orders are generally processed, packed and ready for shipping the following business day. You will be notified via email. We do our best to keep our inventory levels accurate, but occasionally an item you order may be out of stock. If this happens, you will be promptly notified by email and the item(s) will be deleted from your order.

At the time you place your order, your credit card is pre-authorized and will only be charged when your order is processed and shipped. Westwood Books will honor the original shipping price prior to the deleted items. If you wish to cancel your order, due to the back-stocked items you may notify us.

International Rates

International orders will be shipped through US Mail. Customers will be charged actual shipping. You will be notified via email of shipping costs.

RETURN POLICY

Westwood Books has a 100% happy guarantee! If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, we will gladly accept unread, resalable merchandise for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of ship date (excluding shipping costs).
